A long soak at a bath tub can be very comforting, but this level of relaxation can be further leveled up when the bath tub is intensely clean and shiny. Before jumping to the car to buy the newest type of tub cleaner, know that a useful cleanser can be made with ingredients just inside the home.
Personal finance website Spend with Pennies has shared a quick and easy recipe of a DIY tub cleanser that is just so easy to make. A/C And HVAC
“Grab a spray bottle and fill it up with: 1½ cups of baking soda; ½ cup of warm water; ½ cup of liquid soap (you can use powdered or flaked too, just add more water); 2 tablespoons of white distilled vinegar, or apple cider vinegar. Shake it up really well, before spraying and scrubbing the tub. You can even add a little lemon juice or lemon pieces to add a little more acidity to the mixture, which will help to eat away grime with less scrubbing, and leave a fresh lemon scent!”

The website Wellness Mama shared several tips in cleaning a bath tub properly with all natural ingredients that can just be found at home.
“A baking soda and water paste will clean stuck on gunk in the shower and tub (use vinegar instead of water for really tough stains). For grout, I sprinkle baking soda on the floor and spray with undiluted hydrogen peroxide and scrub with a gentle toothbrush. For stained tubs and really, really tough messes, this homemade scouring powder works great, though it isn’t needed for regular cleaning.”

“Heat vinegar in microwave until hot and pour into squirt bottle. Add the Dawn soap. Put the lid on and gently shake to incorporate. You now have a powerful cleaning product that will melt soap scum and tub and shower buildup, clean sinks, appliances and just about anything. Just spray it on, scrub, rinse and be amazed. For tough soap scum build-up, spray the mixture on and allow it to sit as long as overnight. Then, scrub and rinse.”
